Scholarships

Middleton Youth Lacrosse is committed to making lacrosse accessible to all youth in our community, regardless of financial circumstances. Our scholarship program provides financial assistance for registration fees and equipment to eligible families, ensuring every child who wants to play can participate. Scholarships are funded through generous donations from sponsors and community supporters, as well as a portion of the parent buy-out fees for volunteer hours.

To apply, first review this page to determine if you may qualify. If interested, contact the President of Middleton Youth Lacrosse for a confidential consultation. They will guide you through the application process, answer questions, and provide any necessary forms. Applications must be submitted by February 15 prior to the start of the season to allow time for review and approval.

If approved, scholarships may cover partial or full registration fees based on need and available funds. Those who qualify for scholarships may also be eligible for equipment on a one-time, case-by-case basis.

We prioritize families demonstrating genuine need to maximize impact. To qualify, families must participate in a financial assistance program such as BadgerCare, FoodShare (Wisconsin's SNAP), Medicaid, W-2, WIC, or similar programs. Your scholarship coordinator will work with you to verify eligibility discreetly and confidentially.
