Middleton Youth Lacrosse Club (MYLC) invites businesses and organizations to partner with us as sponsors, supporting our mission to grow lacrosse and provide athletic opportunities to youth in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. With approximately 200 athletes across seven age-group programs (8U Boys, 10U Boys, 12U Boys, 14U Boys, 10U Girls, 12U Girls, and 14U Girls), your sponsorship reaches engaged families who prioritize health, fitness, and social development for their children aged 6-14. These affluent, active households represent an ideal audience for promoting your products and services.

Sponsorship funds stay 100% within the program and are used entirely for its benefit, including:

• Facilities enhancements for safe play.
• Equipment provision for teams and players.
• Scholarship programs to ensure inclusivity.
• Free or reduced-cost clinics to expand access and community outreach.
