Anti-Harassment, Discrimination, and Bullying Policy

The Middleton Youth Lacrosse Club Anti-Harassment, Discrimination, and Bullying Policy prohibits all forms of harassment, discrimination, bullying, hazing, or intimidation based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, disability, or sexual orientation, applying to all club activities and communications to ensure a safe and respectful environment for players, coaches, families, and volunteers. We maintain this policy to promote inclusivity, sportsmanship, and the well-being of youth athletes, aligning with USA Lacrosse guidelines and fostering positive development without fear of harm or exclusion.

Enforcement involves prompt reporting to club leaders, confidential investigations within five days, progressive corrective actions ranging from warnings and suspensions to expulsion, and potential escalation to external authorities for severe violations.
